Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout. Typically, shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, but if you reach certain amount of purchase, shipping costs are free!! Currently, CozyBear Home only ships to BC & AB address.
Orders are prepared for shipping within 3-5 business days. For deliveries within Greater Vancouver, you can expect your items to arrive within 5 days once your order has been processed.
Deliveries are made to the door of your house or apartment, provided that there is elevator access. If your location involves stairs, our team will deliver to the start of the staircase.
For deliveries outside of Vancouver, standard courier delivery typically takes 5-10 business days. Some items are available for shipping outside Vancouver. Please reach out to our customer service team to confirm availability.
Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our Richmond, BC warehouse, free of charge. Orders are usually ready for pick-up within 1-5 business days after they are placed.

What's your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window. If you receive a defective item, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
For cancellations made before the order is fulfilled (shipped or picked up), or if the item isn’t defective, a restocking fee will apply: 3% for Canadian cards and 3.5% for international cards. This fee helps cover transaction costs.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin the return process, reach out to us at info@cozybearhome.com. Returns need to be shipped back to the following address: 9111 River Drive, Richmond, BC, and the shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.
All returns and exchanges must be sent to the designated return address. We do not offer collection services from the buyer’s location.
Return shipping costs, whether within Vancouver or from other locations, are the buyer’s responsibility. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items
Please be aware that items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue promptly.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are ineligible for return, including perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (like beauty products). Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases are not returnable. For specific item inquiries, please get in touch.
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Refund Process
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
